Default ex-nova owners, what did you move on to?

It's been a few years since I've had a Nova, the last being a GTE track car.
I was always attracted to Novas for their bang to buck, but now they are fetching big money, I doubt I will have another.
Purely out of interest/fun, if you have moved on from Novas, what did you move onto?

Having owned Novas for over 30 years (eek) I've moved on a few times, but still have one in my life.

The most memorable departures were a Lotus Esprit Turbo and a selection of Escort Cosworths.
To contact me please use E-MAIL to colinesmith@aol.com.

thousands of Nova (plus other Vauxhall and motorsport parts) available.

Very nice choice, maybe I can pickup another to have a play with.
I have a couple of 172 cups, which are as close as a modern day nova I could find, that's cheap and throwaway.
Great little cars, especially on track. I've now had a Lotus Elise for the past few years, which is awesome, but I am missing owning something retro.

My last daily nova was my silver GSI then moved onto something with a turbo and 4wd was the goal, used my S3 daily for 14 years now into a A4 TDI

I?ve always had a nova in one for or the other since 1995 though just not daily drivers now

success is only limited by a weak mind

Still have both Novas I bought in 1991 and 1998, both in storage in a somewhat sorry state. Need more time/space!

Sold my first two novas to get the GT4 in 2005 - which I've still got now.
Sold the blue v6 in 2015 (feels like a lifetime ago!) to make room for the Super Bee - which at the moment is considerably less together than the picture below.

And currently use this as a daily

I tend to buy cars and keep them, aside from the Novas!

Yeah to some of the purists I've ruined mine, but I have no intentions of selling so just do what I want with it.
