He has agreed source a new set of rods, posted direct from the manufacturer. Refund the money already paid that is now owed for not building the engine, £800 and pence, to be paid in installments at Phil's request, which I guess makes me an interest free loan company.
What make you say that then? PNG can't be held responsible for third party's being untrustworthy sadly, we can only be made aware of the actions of these sorts of people by the means of yourself and House.
I hope all get sorted out between all parties as it does nobody any good financially and mentally.
