Radiator Fan Sticker

Hi I remember seeing this being advertised on here before but can seem to find it.

I am after the small radiator fan sticker with the words "Achtung - Attention Ventilator Fan 90108825"

If anybody can revive the thread or know where I can get one, it would be great.
