    Default Engine change wiring ?

    I am changing the engine in my 1 liter
    nova to a 1.4 sr engine is the wiring diff
    or is it just the coil wiring that's diff

    as well as the ignition barrel switched live issue, the ignition systems different too, so youll need all the bits from the 14NV to go with the engine.

    - distributor
    - coil & amplifier
    - mini multiplug wiring loom, to connect the coil to the dizzy

    green wire to rev counter (which you prob wont have on a 1.0, so n/a)
    black wire to switched live, (ignition barrel wire)
    brown wire to earth (good ground point on the body nearby)

    label everything as you take it off too, makes it easier to reconnect everything if you run into any complications
