Cheers Craig, it's getting there.
This looks awesome!!!
Looking miles apart from when i last saw it what 4 years ago? Very jealous
Underside looks great tidy.
Is looking good now its coming together, liking the white wheels on blue too.
All I wanted was a Pepsi, just one PepsiFar from suicidalStill I get them tendenciesBringing back them memories
That I really miss when I reminisce
Time for a small update, got the whole of the underside undersealed, god awful dirty job and I was covered in the stuff, but it went on nice and evenly and has left a lovely finish, just hope it keeps the dreaded tin worm at bay.
I won't bore you with more pics of underseal, plus it was hard to get a decent shot of the underside.
Also my engine is now finished and is ready to go into the car, hopefully this will happen next week but I never know when I'll get to get into the garage and play
Also gave the gearbox a little clean up, I wasn't going to bother but my mate made me
Primed
And painted
Also changed the release bearing and have a new clutch so it's all ready to go in.
Cheers Nick.
Loving it, little touches like the gearbox make the car that much better
Time for a major update
The day started of with a decent breakfast (Egg and Bacon) as I knew I would be spending most of the day on the car. Once my younger brother had turned up we cracked on getting the engine and the gearbox together, no dramas there we cracked on and got the engine on the lift, and proceeded to out in in through the top, I'll let you decide if that's the correct way.
It all went pretty smoothly, just a little wiggling and jiggling to get all the bolts lined up, but we got there.
And it looks bloody brilliant if I do say so.
Ive also managed to get the interior in, put a load of sound deadening in
Loads more went in after this picture and I also put a new foam carpet underlay in as well before the carpet went on top. Then I got all the seats and dash in.
Loads more still to do on the car and I can't wait to get the engine started.
next update will hopefully involve some wilwoods and drive shafts.
Nick
Car looking really well pal .
Big leap forward there mate!
