    Default reving up and down on its own ??? why

    just finished a mates c20xe conversion in is nova its ok until she starts to warm up then the idle goes over 1100 rmp and when driving it when u go to change gear the revs stay high then when u come to a stand still it revs up and down on its own ?? why
    we cleaned icv and it did nothing still the same ??

    I have s similar problem atm, mine doesn't idle cold either though, I changed the afm which helped slightly, cts helped a little, tps could be a cause?

    hasn't sorted mine completely though, will update with anything I try that works....

    also check for any split pipes, I had a crack in the pipe from the afm to throttle body which I have now sealed and that helped a lot!

    let me know if you sort it as I am going mad here with mine

    had same issues with my civic, cleaned egr and throtle body seamed to solve it
