    Shame you are so far away I know of a very clean set of SR bolsters, the actually seats had been recovered over the top but the original material is still underneath and pretty damn clean.

    Nice little car mate

    Thought this thread deserved an update, as this year it will receive many...!

    Sadly the SR project was stalled as I moved house, the plan of October 14 and onto the body shop didn't quite pan out. The house I had bought fell through, and I had to buy another which needed fully restoring!! I'm done now, so it's been stored up over the past 12 months. But 2016 brings the work on the Nova to start.

    It had a friend for a few days in the shape of my Dad's 94' Mini Cooper.

    It then moved on to back into the Barn as above!

    Whilst i've not had the money to go through with the full restoration I've been collecting parts...

    Euro spec rear light.

    Retractable aerial instead of the bee sting thing that's on it!

    New genuine door mouldings

    Have these for something

    K&N Air Filter

    New genuine brake pads

    Replacement tape box as mine was missing

    Twin Weber DCOE 40's with Irmscher Inlet Manifold.

    New parcel shelf chord;

    Also have another parcel shelf for speakers rather than cutting my own.

    I've also bought which i've not photos of yet as they need restoring;

    Bilstein Big Piston Front Shocks
    Full Stainless Steel Magnex
    Goodridge Braided hoses
    2 sets of Alloys

    I've also acquired a brand new GM front panel and rear panel skin, and a passenger seat cover for the material to repair my drivers bolster.

    Need to get the rest of my panels (arches, back sills, and a wing) and it'll be off to the body shop finally around Easter!

    Til then, I need a passenger Mk1 wing if anyone has one?

    Also i've been building up some magazine cuttings, and general Vauxhall bits to add to the rest of the history my car has in abundance.

    I wrote a letter including the photos of the Nova at my local Classic Car Show to the original owners as I had their contact details from the history (I didn't need a V888 as it has only 2 previous).

    Their response was nice and something to add to the folder;

    I've also been adding a few snippets;

    Original Genuine Vauxhall Marketing Print;

    Full model brochure (from 1990 sadly but quite cool)

    Some period magazine snippets - I love all of the quotes!

    Thanks.

    I'll look for it but someone else who has the EPC may find it quicker.

    A *DV distant brother to your sport!

    It was nice to read and I've updated them too, when it's done I'll run it up to see them.
