Hi guys, we're doing a long distance rally in an old nova and keeping the steel 13's on. What's the best upgrade I can do on the front brakes, with parts from the local motor factors?
Cheers?

ATE calipers from a low end corsa, which is 236*10 so they dont stick like the Delco ones do.
Then cheapy plain (no grooves or drilling or dimples) and Mintex 1144/1155 pads (Probably 55 pads as you are doing distance)
And Dot 5.1 brake fluid.
IMHO of course.
Cheers Stuart, does it matter what year corsa?

1995-1998ish to be sure you dont get vented ones... Although Venteds MIGHT fit.
I agree with Stuart, however vented disc models will fit if you add spacers to the front wheels
I run corsa b 1.4 sport calipers on my nova, they fit under my 13x6 revolutions. The discs are vented and feel better than my 2.0 bake setup on my other nova
Awesome guys, cheers for the info!
I've got a 1988 Nova 1.2 Merit with standard 13" wheels and I would like to try this.Is this the correct one?
