Guessing it's down to the total Vauxhall photo shoot type rule! If they've done a photo shoot of your car any any point they can reuse the pics for what ever reason. My mate Chris had his blue XE featured and then the next month Flux had his car on their advert! Was used for close to a year, got nothing for it, and if I'm not mistaken Flux didn't even insure it!
Instead of fight club it should be regals customers car club, was the biggest load of tat at pv last year and thats saying something.
