    What is the best stone guard brand or product to use in the arches etc before painting? Cheers

    Okay cheers for that mate I tried a different brand and it seamed to go on to thin.

    Out of an aerosol I bet. They're very thin you need a proper gun to apply the thick stuff

    Ah right that explains it might just have to crack on with an aerosol for now as it's only for the arches and inside rear panel. No money for a compressor just yet.

    Maybe look at brushing/rollering some spray-on rubberised product on, it'll be far thicker and better than an aerosol, barely worth the time over a thick layer of paint in my opinion.
