    Undersides look good, i would of etch primed it first tho.

    Look fine to me; you should have wire brushed & vactaned

    The can didn't say anything about priming any bare metal, if it doesn't stick I'll do it again!!!!

    No not at all, I just meant had the car been used in competition before that's all, looks like quite an old addition.

    Good work anyway, don't listen to the haters. Most of them couldn't build a half decent car if they tried (including Iain).

    Yeah they do look OK to me, that's the weird thing with this car, some bits in the shell have been done really well but other stuff was completely and utterly bodged, hence my expectation that the beam gussets would be wrong!!

    I don't mind any comments, it's all a learning curve, I'm a lift engineer, I just do what makes sense to me!!

    I'll be honest I didn't know about the etch primer on bare surfaces but I do now and as they say, a man who hasn't made mistakes, hasn't learnt a thing.

    I would much rather be told then not and then a year later the car is rusting to pieces.
    I plan to etch, paint and then cover it with Schultz
