You're making great progress, just goes to show how well thought out it has been.

Wow, this looks and sounds amazing! Seems to be flying along! by any chance are you bringing it to the VBOA weekend? would love to have a look around it!
If Carlsberg did Motor clubs, then IDMC would probably be the best motor club in the world.
It'll be there mate. I'm looking forward to it, got a few up north friends that are coming down to look too.
It might not have doors and boot or bonnet or windows!! But it'll be there, mapped and driving, don't look too hard though, there are already things I'm not happy with and will be changing!!!!
Assuming it doesn't blow up on the rollers ofcourse!!!!!
We're doing RRG aswell this year.
Bit more progress
Oh and I've wanted a wheel hook ever since I've had a removable wheel!!!
Just waiting on the resoviour to M/c lines which I should have tomorrow and I can get it all bled up and brakes working. So by Friday it'll be very almost complete.
A few minor niggles, the coolant drain won't seal so I've ordered a dowty washer for it and I ran out of extinguisher pipe so couldn't finish the last nozzle.

Nice! I'll keep a look out at VBOA
Well we've got a clutch pedal. All works!!
Had a minor panic, looking down into the top of the box where the slave cylinder is I saw fluid!!! PANIC!!!!
Emergency tampon on the end of a screwdriver
Cleaned and checked, it seems the fluid I saw might have been a drop of oil that had somehow made it's way down there.
Either way panic over!! Clutch pedal has about 50mm of travel, pedal stop all set according to Tilton's instructions.
Now, the DTA S40 is meant to run a coil pack and only has 2 coil drivers. This means each driver is running 2 coils as I'm using coil on plug, even running for a few minutes I have seen coil driver temps of up to 116 degrees and the engine turns itself off.
So, first upgrade!!!
Started making up a brand new engine bay loom as the S60 uses 2 plugs, meaning my S40 loom is no use.
Should have the new loom finished Monday/Tuesday ready in time for the RR Friday.
I've also just heard that the doors boot, bonnet, wings and bumpers are painted
Back up to see Ben on Wednesday to fit them all up.

Didn't quite get reverse properly, need a little adjustment on the clutch travel
Track days soon
Happy days!
Really looking forward to seeing and hearing this... Credit to you for getting on with it so quickly!
The S60 should unlock a few more options for you than the S40 too
