Note the shiney input shaft, opted for the superfinishing, essentially high grade polishing, reduces resistances and increases oil spread inside the gearbox.

Looks like a show pony though, Ben would like it all shined up!!!

I'm sure there is a joke in there somewhere about superfinished input shafts, but I'll be damned if I'll be the one making it.

    that gearbox is awesome!

do you need new mounts to fit this box? it looks like the holes on the front of the casing, where you attach the gearbox mount, is missing?

Default House's ITB XE build and re-build

It'll fit. With a little work!!

Also got my freak on with the mill

Made an end cap and some brackets, here just held in place, needs to be welded together, the whole thing will be powder coated black. It's all completely removable aswell so doesn't have to be there all the time, mainly for wet days

Hose needs shortening slightly, it was hard to hold in place and photo it but it's about there.

Just need to make a passenger side one up.

Mounts from the top, it's essentially Quaife's Honda sequential with an F20 bell housing attached.

So the box mount is from above the same as a Honda, needs a little tickle on the chassis leg to get it in but it's looking good.

Don't say that, you made a tube with some holes in, the car wouldn't be what it is now without your input.
