You shouldn't reverse a fan, they're designed to work one way.

I just bought a couple of pushers cheap from the-bay-we-musn't-mention, seem fairly op to me and weigh less than the single oe item.

If you try to run two 9" fans on the front of a GTE rad, the slam panel support will get in the way. I found this out the hard way I run one 12" fan and it cools an XE with no issues

Use just one fan! Did some work at uni looking at the best setup and two fans blocked the airflow to the rad when they are not in use if they are mounted to the front.

Rear mounting is better however doesn't look as cool! I went for one 12 inch slim line fan mounted to the front and works a treat!

Make sure time blades are facing the correct way to push the air into the rad if you are going for front mounting.

Oh and also try and get the fan with curved blades much better than flat blades!
