Yes, it has two flywheels. They spin up with the first trigger then the second trigger pushes the dart through.

Iiiinteresting, see that sounds easier to get a bit more go from than air pressure, seals are always difficult. Although you're limited by the friction on the dart eventually.
With all the interest in shooting each other it makes me wonder if a PNG paintball event is in order? Those that have bought guns have probably spent more than a day out paintballing already.
Probably only about a one foot length.
