various parts for mk1 1988 1ltr nova

looking for a few bits, a k&n filter for a 1ltr carb

decent sports manifold to fit to a standard 1ltr engine.
Edit: in need of a haynes manual too.

Possibly, im getting hold of a backbox and tailpipe off of someone and need a manifold, once I've got a new air filter the rads next on the list

Cool just so i know incase anyone else wants it, i tryed looki g for one on ebay and i didnt see one on there so must be a hard item to track down now

i'd be massively shocked if anyone does an upgraded manifold for a 1.0 ohv. the std 2" exhaust also works fine on a 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 & a 1.6 gte, so i can't imagine a 1.0 needs anything doing to its exhaust, unless you have done some serious old school tuning.

Ive seen a 4-1 for a 1.0 ohv before think it was for sale on here iirc
