    Default Project mk1 1.3sr

I took ownership of this little gem today :-)

Needs a lot of tlc but its solid! No rot :-)

    It's missing the engine :-(
So I'm not sure what route to go down.
Source a 1.3sr engine which are like rocking horse ****e!
    Or c20xe it.

I'm gonna sort the body out first and respray it and then decide.

Happy as a pig in ****e right now :-)

Just scrap it mate and mine will go up in value . No seriously fit a 1.3, make it mint and standard. Is the interior mint? The picture you have posted looks miles better than what the seller posted. Close up pics will tell the full story. All the best with the rebuild

I will upload more pics when I get back home in an hour or so.
    Interior is very clean :-)
The body is straight with only a few marks :-)

Pics will be up soon :-)

    Thanks guys.

Yeah Mark I only washed it down with soapy water mate, just to see what the paint was like... It's better than I thought!
Gonna clay bar it and then decide what needs painting.
I might keep it honest yet
Not sure what I want at the moment
Good to meet you! How's that bed? Lol

Looks like it has the potential to be a super example!

I say 1.3 engine and standard - you will never lose money if you go down that route!!
