Use a small mini belt sander to clean them welds up on the inside, think there normally called bandfile, not 100%on that, I have one, really good for jobs like that

Aye, the way I've chosen to do it is in layers, so each layer covers each join so strength is retained, also there are no but joins, everything is overlapped and pluged then seam welded, it's a ball ache but the only way to do itOriginally Posted by shaunboy84

Whats his name mate?Cheers, the shell was stored for stock car racing and I only got it as the lad was moving on to using corsa C's as nova stuff was getting to rare and too expensive
