Strutbrace for XE...

I'm trying to keep a strict budget so if anyone has one 2nd hand please let me know!! I've found this on eBay:

Am I right in thinking I'll have to take off the SFi box to fit a front brace? I've been told a decent powercap is a good mod for the Redtop?

I'd struggle to justify spending £70 on a strut brace! Powercaps have mixed reviews but I like them for the space saving, and as you say should clear a strut brace.

I have that one and its very tight against the power cap, but ok

Mine had the same brace and powercap, and it fitted fine. Engine on solid mounts helps too.

I think with most strut braces you will need to run a poo'er cap as all of them will foul the SFi box, shame in my opinion as i dont like poo'er craps
