Default general rant about ebay buyers

Sold an item on eBay last week buyer didnt pay so sent him a msg and he told me he was transferring funds into PayPal and would pay today! No payment yet so sent another msg an he said he could pay me a deposit of £5 today and pay the rest next week haha the item only sold for £17 why do people buy stuff with no money? Will I relist it or keep hanging on for the money? This gets on my nerves

You should of stated in the listing (peasants do not bid ) If you dont even have £17 to your name then you need to get a grip!

Did you not put in the listing 'Payment required in full within 5 days' etc?

i must be the luckiest seller ever... never had payment troubles, or bad feedback... only once did some cow try to complain about a used dolls house set cos a decorative bit was missing, even though it was plainly obvious in the photo & description... she admitted she'd not looked properly & gave us positive too.....

i have also never put any terms & conditions on the bottom of the ad.
