    Are you stitching the front end on while you're doing this? I would, save having to do it again later....

    Thanks yeah it will be all seam welded this week coming and a the strengthening plates etc fitted. We were thinking of doing the seam welding from underneath so you can't see them in the bay. Will this be just as effective?

    As in in the arch?

    I did both sides (in the arch and in the bay..)

    Just tidy the welds up after welding.

    I can't see why it wouldn't be as effective, it's what I would do if I was rebuilding a shell, to keep it as origional looking as possible. good work, can't wait to see it progress
