Very clean MK2 Nova 1.2 merit only 25k

After loosing my job I now have to sell my much loved nova. I have not had for long but bought it off another member on here. Its a 91 1.2 merit in Miami blue and only has a genuine 25k on the clock. I cannot find any rust on the car (checked main spots like arches batt tray etc). Would love to keep it but need to pay the bills.
Its pretty standard. Just had a few cosmetic changes;
Gsi body kit in satin black (skirts and spoiler not fitted)
Side strips removed
Lowered (40mm on springs I think)
GM mudflaps
I also have a set of gsi front seats and other spares that will come with the car. it has had a brand new battery as it came with the original.
This is the cleanest untouched example i have ever seen but it is a 22 year old car and does have the odd mark around it.
It has no tax as it is not insured but will have 12 mot put on it for the new buyer. I have the v5 and some other paper work.
Im looking for £800 for the car or £1000 with a set of 16 inch speedline alessios with spacers and centre caps
