In all honesty a good policy even with 14 years ncb would still be the best part of £250 so I would say you've done well.

All of tbe firms ive had classic car policys state that you have to be 25+ and most wont insure modifyed cars and they have to be parked on a drive or in a garage oh and it has to be worth more than 1k aswell as the limited milage of 5k a year and i had to send pictures off to prove mine was standard to get the agreed value of 1k im only paying £160 for the year with 7 ncb on my 1.2 loon
My gte is £137 a year with flux as well on classic, agreed value etc, that also covers me third party on other cars although i already have that with my daily.
Jesus that cheap
success is only limited by a weak mind
I once got cheap insurance for my SR, but the photos had to be precise, they then were awkward about valuations and I just got the feeling that if there was a claim they were ensuring it would be pointless so I didn't go back, can't rememebr the company though!
Although, a claim on an old Nova is probably pointless anyway......
Mines about £300, heavily modified with cage, harnesses, seats, XE, 45's, F/G etc
