emissions question
As the law keeps saying its changing every month then it isn't I'm confused on the emissions for the mot test.
My nova is a 1989 but the engine is from a 1997 (x16xe)
What will the emissions test entail ?
I'm unsure if it goes on the date of the engine or the car year manufactured
Basically would I need a cat converter in my exhaust system

being a 1989 car, the tester will just test it as back in 1989 no matter what the engine
its when you have a 2001 car with a 1990 engine, it becomes fun
