Default New to PGN and a new project!!!!

    Hi
I've just bought an immaculate 1.2 merit in Miami blue with only 25k on the clock off PGN member Tommy Hughes. Its had a little done to it and was just wondering if anybody had an idea of what direction to go with it? As its such a good base car car i don't really want to chop it up but would appreciate some input from people experienced with novas and know what problems to look out for.

hello and welcome, you say "new project" so its either gonna stay standard and be cleaned upto show stanards , OR , its going to be modified with wheels/suspension and probaly a transplant engine..........?

there have been a few who's kept them standard, but imo the majority now are running engine transplants which is even more standard, its which standard you prefer

Well it already has a gsi kit and on speedline alessios. I like the factory look. I was thinkin about coilovers next and maybe another engine but nothin that would spoil the way it handles. I've heard redtops do this so was thinkin maybe a corsa 16v or a gsi block if electrics are too complex. I've heard good results from x18xe but I don't know
