Hi all...does anyone know how to remove this without damaging? Im doing a full rebuild, overbore, core plugs etc and want to get this out to clean up as per SBD's advice.

Pretty sure there is noway of getting out without damaging it. What specs new engine going? If you cant buy them new, need get ano alloy bush made with centre drilled to suit to act as a resrictor.

I know the 8vs didnt have them, or im sure they didnt, its just to keep oil in the head, just have to take all the gallery plugs out and maybe get some small bottle brushes, thats all i use when building heads for pp.
