Just noticed this now and read from start to finish. You're quite modest for somebody building something to this quality, well done!
I've been inspired for my new project by some of your interior ideas.
Thank you Lee, I know very little compared to some people on here, I just do my best, glad to see you got some inspiration though. I'll put some more pictures up
for Conza, PLEASE..... if anyone spots anything upside down, back to front, missing, etc etc will you point it out, as I've mentioned before my knowledge is pretty
limited :
Front brakes
Rear tailgate fitted
Rear brakes
I had to grind a little bit off the front knuckle as the disc was just touching as it went round.
Cheers Keith
running studs, nice touch
^^^ did you just read that? what a idiot ^^^
PROJECT 2 FAST 2 FAT clicky
''lifes what happens, while your busy making plans''
what happened to the silver paint on the front calipers
I suspect he has had to grind back the metal on the caliper to clear the back of the wheels.
Are you going to fit a new 1.3SR boot decal? I may have a spare if you need one.
Are you fitting a brake bias valve? If not the back end will break away under braking.
What are you doing about a parking brake, you will need one for the MOT. I don't think it can be hydraulic either, it has to be seperate.
Class, absolutely love it.
God Dayuuum! Excellent work! Any info or links on the stud conversion. Looks better than most of the kits I've seen for sale.
Hi guys, studs it is turbo, Conza the only grinding was on the front steering knuckle, the calipers are as they were bought. Mr novasport I will be replacing the rear 1.3sr decal
and I will gladly purchase it from yourself if you p.m me the price. With regards the brake bias valve ,yes I will be fitting one, your also correct about the hydraulic hand brake
but I think there is a way around it.
Thanks Tahir, I think the engine is going in middle of next month so no slacking!! Hi Simon, I bought the studs from Hockley when I purchased the brakes, they seem ok.
Cheers Keith
