Top marks for those of you that stuck it out in those dire conditions. Seeing some of the pics I'm not surprised it got called off.

They're over there with their new toys. Someone brought them in. No idea who bought them though.....

We got there on the Thursday teatime, was a nice dry sunny run down in the Sport. Got settled into the caravan and it looked to become a good weekend until 'the rain' came...

Sorry I was not over at the PNG field for long, was helping a friend with his autojumble stand. We only just got everything away on the Friday night before the heavens opened!
I came back today and had a nice dry sunny run back until about three miles from home when it absolutely bucketed it down .

The best bit of the drive up was when I was half asleep as Hobbit pulls up next to me clearly lining up for a drag. I hear him revving up the v6 so I had to find first quickly.

We pull into the petrol station, smoke coming out of his bay and as he is wafting his bonnet with oil dripping on the floor

He lost BTW, only just though !!

Was a bit wet wasn't it.. I took this at 5am.

Was a real shame. Didn't get to see anyone. Good to Jeffrey and Friend, Nick and Jess.

Pleasure to help you move your tent Mrs Hobbit! Hopefully that astra boss kit (I assume reading the side of the boss ) wasn't lost or damaged after I rescued it from the rain while the tent was being moved!

Take a little more than some rain to put me off, I can't wait for next time round, hopefully with my conversion done. Shame I couldn't meet with Bazil for my parts though.
Got some photos of you all on the road

Haven't checked it yet, was not on my high priority Too much fun wading about - was probably better for me than the gym Seriously though if we lost it to the rain it would be a small loss compared to saving everything else in our tent.
