    Does nitromourse remove underseal?

If it's the original rubber type underseal then no. A heatgun or blow torch with a scraper may be in order. Grinder with a wire wheel will do it but makes a hell of a mess.

Nope its not original, I put it on

Wire cup on a grinder is what I usually use and as you say it is messy and I hate getting stabbed by flying wire

WD40 does a pretty good job of clearing that brush on underseal gunk (if thats what you mean), as does panel wipe which I use. Its always good to have a tin of panel wipe around, its so useful.

Yeah you don't want to be wire wheeling that horrible stuff! I slapped a whole tin of that underseal on my car, and regretted it when it came to actually working on the car, that gunk just gets everywhere because it never dries out.
