My once weekly 1:1 training at the strength and conditioning gym I use. Program has changed massively compared to last month, now doing a lot more strength based stuff.

Took my old dog to the vets today to have some staples removed from his ear due to my dogs deciding to have a full blow fight the mongs...and after a lot of hard work runs and walks etc...he has lost 2.5kgs 1/1.5 kg more and he will be back at his ideal weight very happy
