You must be alot of muscle... As it's classing you as "over weight"

BMI is a retarded method of classifying it though

Yeah BMI doesn't take muscle mass into account. Just height and weight which is stupid. My BMI will be even higher by the time I reach my goal.

    * Guys don't get hooked on the BMI result as that's not the point of the print out, its lower down people look at !!! that print out looks like one of these body fat machines that sends a pulse through you and 'determines' your body fat based on resistance of the signal or some crap like that, hence it has his actual bodyfat figure on the slip not just BMI, I have personally seen variations of 4% within a 2 week period (I was calipered between tests )when we trialled one for a laugh down my local gym. Oldskool wins everytime*

At 5ft 8" and just over 16 stone (103kg) I am deemed grossly obese, but I have a bodyfat of 14% which is great as I am just ending a year off exercise and had a crappy diet.

For a true calculation you need to have a good old fashioned caliper check, with a minimum of 7 point contact. I have more contact points than that when I get done twice a year so the accuracy is improved.

Yes that was taken on a machine at the gym around 2 weeks ago. A few days after the print out I got a calliper check done @ bang on 84kg i was 13.8% fat. Not been eating good at all since then though unfortunately and had defs increased since hey ho. Not been in a good routine since new year either slacked big time with my training. Although I'm still lifting the same weight etc the intensity has dropped big time need to get back into it like I used to.

Dan, you must be a machine!
