    Default my nova ts sx project

    well swapped my gsi astra for this nova as i needed a diesel seems to have been looked after with alot off new parts fitted plan is to get a full respray 2 new front wings as theres abit off rust here and there
    quite nippy for a td boost and fuellings turned up 1st thing i did on the drive home was remove the gay tints it had on it parts that have been fitted new to it recently are

    Brand new transmech clutch done less than 1000miles

    Brand new gearbox and engine mount

    Brembo discs and pads

    New handbrake cable

    New wheel bearings (4)

    Brand spanking new front valance, professionally fitted

    New oil sump

    New battery

    Reconditioned alternator

    Fresh engine and gearbox oil

    New oil filter

    Black hammerite brake callipers

    New brake lines

    New rear brake cylinders

    Powder coated intake pipes

    Citroen C2 VTS cone filter

    Welded in section in place of cat (decat)

    Midbox present with cherry bomb style back box (quiet untilyou hoof it, mostly induction and turbo noise inside car)

    Fuel pump screw mod

    Mumby developments Boost Control valve (holds 0.9 barcurrently, standard is 0.5. The engines will take up to around 1.4bar I haveheard but mine still has the standard over boost valve that opens at 1.1bar tokeep it safe)

    Central locking including boot release all on key fob

    GSI skirts, spoiler and bumpers
    Single wiper with rally style tube washer jet

    Road legal pressed plates

    Solid battery tray (prone to rot)

    Solid boot floor

    Front wings and rear arches replaced 2 years ago whenresprayed

    Focal front door speakers with cross overs and tweeters

    Boost gauge

    Recent headlamps

    Road legal HID’s, low and high beam, LED white side lights

    GSI interior

    New alternator belt

    New timing belt

    12 months MOT


    PLANS ARE
    full respray in white bumpers as well
    powder coat wheels white
    fit my 2 wipers that i got today as it aint a single wiper on it old one has meant to have snapped
    get rid off the gay red interior bits
    coilovers down more DONE TODAY
    fmic
    bigger bore exhaust
    em anything else ill add at somepoint
    being the sx model comes with electric windows etc has remote locking and a boot popper installed aswell and from what ive heard there is less than 20 td sx's left on the road apparently pics as i got it home

    and today i took adjusters out the rear and dropped the front down some more




    poked around it today needs 2 patches welded one at the corner off boot floor and other at coolant expansion tank so ill get a mate to do that..
    anyways today i took grille off and painted it up anthracite much better me thinks and also changed my broken rear light

    yesterday got rid of the gay red pink interior bits had some anthracite so painted them up looks alot cleaner now also some fotos from m&ds car show on saturday













    needs a couple bits welded to be expected really so my mate is going to be doing that to make the shell 100percent respray should be done soon aswell

    does that
    well after arguing with the previous owner and his bull**** turns out the car aint moted so its getting done on friday and a visit paid to the little c##t so a mate welded up the bits that were rotting now shells 100percent almost

    not good about the mot fella at least you will know if there is anything else that needs doing though
