c20let intercooler size

i am looking for a intercooler for my c20let nova but i am not sure what size is needed

i want to run about 280bhp. i was looking on ebay and there is a few different sizes.
which one would suit the best, i dont mind if i have to cut the front bumper.
600x300x76MM
550x225x64MM
450x175x65MM

Cant remember the size of it but a frontera cooler should be fine at tha level of power. A few good things about them also is there cheap and there's plenty of them, also you dont have to cut the bumper if you don't want to.
