Default best brakes that fit under 13" rim?

anyone know what the best brakes you can fit under a 13" rim? my slicks are on very small wheels so not much choice for brakes.
i know the standard nova brakes fit but are there any upgrades, any diesel models use vented discs etc....

They are what I have on both the Sport and the SR, with 1.3's you are running a little more HP would think about wilwoods but realistically a increase in brake diameter/wheel size is on the cards

    Or 2 sets of calipers

I have the compbrake kit designed for 14inch wheels, they fit but are tight ,will fit if you have split rims disc size circa 274mm

A bit pricey but try www.kentautodevelopments.com they have some mental brakes for mini's that fit under 13 inch wheels.

drag strip mainly but i like to have a little drive about on the roads too, i have 16" comps for on the road but the 13's are slicks for drag.

Without sounding like a c0ck, wouldn't it be easier to buy larger wheels with slicks if its only to accommodate the drag racing, as they would only be used for a short stint, imo of corse.

maybe, but i got a pair of 13" wellers with racing slicks for £31, so i want to use them ;-)
a smaller rolling radius is better for acceleration anyway and i high walled tyre has a lot more give and grip.
