Putting the Nova back into storage after I washed it, detailed sprayed etc. wiping down the drivers door and realised the door had started to bubble and just thought id take a look at the other door and the same is happening to it.. As people know I've only got the car back about 2 months from getting a respray and both doors have bubbled at the bottom. My spray guy did fix this at the beginning and said to me it will come back in a few years time but not this soon..

Anyone any solutions to this and how I can go about fixing it for good and preferably not buying new doors..

    Thanks

I'd be sending the car back to the spray guy and telling him to fix it.

thats what I plan on doing but he said only way out of it to save hassle in the long run is to replace both doors but I'm not up for doing it..

theres bound to be away of fixing this problem with out it coming back so soon or at all..

Take it they have just been repaired using filler? Unless you remove the rot by either cutting it out and welding new metal in or re skinning the bottoms, it will keep coming through!

Cut the rot out and replace with clean new metal is the only way.
