Long story short...was promised full employment after 6 months of agency 1 year 6 months later they said they can't take us all on so we are all going to be employed full time under one agency...the agency that paid the biggest backhander....woops I ment won the contract is now saying we all get a 2k pay rise but that's only based on what they was paying their lads not what I was on under another agency. Its all ****ed up and I hate it I would have rather have been left alone on my old contract

Also no managment want to look into my 1k retention bonus that's amounted to **** all in my pocket or any of the other lads.
