people at work being incapable of thinking for themselves, resulting in me getting drenched in a drainage trench, and then the same people having to rip out stuff they'd installed wrongly, having a strop & generally causing me to get even more drenched.

ps. my default at work is not to get into a strop over little things, as they rarely get better because of swearing & throwing shovels round.. i prefer to simply fix the problem & carry on.

People who bid or buy stuff on ebay then take days or weeks to pay or just don't even pay.

Great isnt it. Ebay do sod all about it as well. But, if the buyer gets the item but doesnt like it then ebay will refund them whether you like it or not! Hold on a minute, who are they making fees out of? Is it not the seller rather than the buyer. But yet the scammers, sorry buyers get all the rights

Bloke in the unit next to my work who is 'restoring' a 1990 Mini which he bought for £300 in bits but all there etc. I'm guessing he is doing it on a budget but a good job is still possible...

It needed a rear subframe so he bought a new one...then bolted the rusty radius arms and brake drums to it, with rusty old bolts - why not spent an hour with a wire wheel and some black Hammerite, then new shoes and cylinders?

He has paid £60 for Stevie Wonder to pigeon **** some repairs onto the heelboards then not finished the bodywork before bolting the subframe in

He has fitted the engine, filthy and unserviced into the shell which still needs a new front panel and otyer bodywork around the front end...

    Really frustrating me

    What a crap day...

There's been a colleague who has been unhappy at work for the past 2 months or so, and today was her day to go up in arms She'd been fine all morning and went on her break as usual at 12 (for an hour) came 1.10 and we started to wonder whether she'd been caught in traffic or not. anyway minutes carried on ticking down and a text came through to my manager at 1.40 to say she'd had enough and wasn't coming back into work again and with no cover to hand today has been ****....
