I did kick a car like that in coventry when i was a student... I was on my bike & he idiot turned in on me as i passed a junction.. It was workshop day & i was wearing toecap boots...big dent, hasty ride off....

Personally i have always wanted to do a london motorcyclist in a similar fashion when driving my wagon, but there are too many cameras these days......
