two nights ago i was walking home and my left knee just diskconected its done this before but just jumped back in and was sore for a fue days but this time was diferant. it just stayed out for a fue mins then poped back in. after getting a mate to pick me up as i couldent even walk i went to a&e and thay put a brace on it and gave me 2 kruches, i feal so useless i cant even go to work or even work on the corsa

Dislocated my left knee 6 times, then had Femur Patella reconstruction and then dislocated my right one and they operated straight away. Know how you feel, just make sure you don't rush back into doing stuff.
