If you use Spotify you can sync your music from there to the iPod, works for everything Andriod, iPhone ETC. If you don't down side is you have to pay monthly for it.

You just drop the .exe on your iPod so it's always there and run it, hey presto nice and simple interface and easy to backup.

A lot of reports, and that if you put itunes on a comp with no internet connection it goes nuts and wont do half the stuff it's ment too..

Mp3 players should all be drag and drop...

Itunes is an online music/app purchasing tool, so yeah I can see how it would go mad

You can drag and drop music onto an ipod (via itunes).

Jack, a quick google of 'Alternatives to itunes' brings up loads

I have tried loads though Seems the 4th Gen iPood breaks most aftermarket copiers.

Don't want itunes as the first thing it did was 'scanned' my entire 'library' - i.e. my whole computer - for music and now I have a whole shedload of junk tunes like sound effects from windows programs and music from games folders etc all in my music listings. It also keeps trying to sync the iPood with whatever music it thinks I want to use based on a range of random genres - 90's? Classical? WFT?!

Oh and it takes an age to load. And runs a bunch of fat services in the background

    Anyone wanna buy an iPood?
