possible fuse?

right to start off, i wired me cig lighter into the head unit wires and everything was fine, then the other day i went to swao the red and yellow wires over so the head unit would keep the memory and there was a little spar, now my head unit and interior light will not work.

ive checked the fuse on the back of the head unit and all is good just wondering if anyone knows were the other fuse is going to be with out checking everyone or is it somthing else?

its the one for the interior light mines gone bang loads of times just look on the pannel plus novas only have a few fuses 20amp if i rember correctly on the bottom row in the middle ish i think
