yeh have been at least novas getting done ha ha.
You see this is my point, imagine if I told you to "F off" would you like it??? I doubt it.
Tbh fella, what a stupid move... You've only got yourself to Blaim.
By telling him to f off (directly or inderectly) has only got yourself in ****e, bonus's arnt compulsory, theyre something you earn. And even if you were fecked off ringing someone higher in BMW would of been the better option, and could have got something out of it.
& if this is the way you speak to the bloke or have this attitude toward him no wonder he wants you gone.
No sympathy from me...
what a goat
the thing is they are contracters who might be going at the end of december i know i shouldnt of done it but people do stupid thing when pissed off i carnt change it now its done so will just have to hope i dont get the sack.
Swearing at a gaffer is a sackable offence. It's normally taken with a pinch of salt, but that depends on the relationship between manager and employee.
My gaffer has had to go on a Diversity Course to show why swearing at employees and using nicknames isn't correct in the workplace. His reply was "It's F**kin' B***ocks!"
You'd be better off writing a letter of apology saying your emotions got the better of you and it won't happen again, that's if you want to keep your job.
Go in tomorrow man up and apologise firstly, then work your arsse off (if he let's you back) and remember it's your job that helps your project I suspect so don't push your luck IMO.
Have you had any other run-ins with him???
i tell my supervisor to **** off quite often his reply is usualy "get back to work ya ****" haha
Better no bonus the the 9.96 I got for 3 months work once
