F*****g joke of a boss
Got suspended yesturday from work untill further notice cos i told my boss to f off as i was pissed off at him not listioning to me had no bonus paid for months no good reason got a meeting re what happens next touch wood i dont get the sack feel so annoyed iam a good worker no probs with the quality of my work and feel like he wants rid of me.

what do you do?? sorry were do/did you work?? i can understand why he has suspended you but not why you told him to f off?? because youve had no bonus paid did you earn a bonus do enuf work to warent you getting a bonus?

Bonus? thats a swear word where i work... i wouldnt be moaning about it!
yeh i didnt say it to his face i was walking away at the time and he heard me iam a valeter at bmw i get a quarter bonus paid but not recieved twice now. the thing is he is romainion and there is a language barrier between us also his attitude stinks
if theres a language barrier how did he know what you said ??
he speaks and understands some english but i find it hard to understand him
It's doesn't matter if he's a martian... He's still your boss, he's probably on a BMW site saying he's got a gobshiite at work that he'd love to sack but due to rules and regulations he can't.
who you calling a gob ****e? i was putting my point of view across to him iam not the only one whos having problems with them as wages are wrong and the company is a waste of time.
