If youre going to be grinding with the car in that position, it might be an idea to cover the roof lining to prevent unwanted damage to it from errant sparks and other grindery associated flying-ness

So just got at this again this week havnt had much time lately. Got the wire wheel fired up to get the underseal off! What a bollox of a job really happy with the condition of the shell with just a few minor things needing welded
Crack beneath drivers seat rail
Drivers arch is pretty bad but only the lower part which is behind the skirt
Don't think I could justify putting a full arch in it tbh but I'll see how I feel when I start the welder
Plated the front legs and stitch welded her up still have the back end to do and fix that manky arch
Havent checked up on this in ages. Love the look of the nova before you stripped it again, should look even better afterwards
the pulsar and '86 are also lovely, i envy your car collection!
Cut out some rot today and found some more anyone any idea how to get the rear spring carrier off the chassis leg? Is it spotted? I was thinkin of cutting around it and setting a new bit in then 're attach the carrier
I'll get the welder going tomorrow
Cut the inner arch on out a bit today as ther was more rust behind the outer skin
New patch made
And welded in
Cut the spring carrier out and fixed the rust on the under side of it an weirded it back in
Just have to give it a buff down and a lick of paint
Looking real good fella. Are you going to be fitting any panels ?
