my sub has just started picking up radio signals and i have no idea why any ideas? bad earth maybe?

Did it appear all of the sudden, of after doing some work on your car?
Sounds like a bad connection to me. Check all connectors/plugs/RCA's and you should be okay. Keep us posted.

all sorted now was a problem behind the dash
