Default First car Yellow nova project

I bought my very first nova for £700 with no engine
It is the cleanest nova i have ever seen, it has no rust, anywere!
it came with the full conversion kit for a c20let (mounts, shafts etc) and the shell is already seam welded.

came with a gte steering wheel, digi dash, half roll cage, set of 5 cesaro wheels, lowering springs all round (looking to get coil overs in the future)

it also came with a cat 1 alarm and tracker (fitted)

GTE (astra i believe) steering wheel & digi dials.

i then bought a second nova as a dona car for the sr engine & gsi seats

i am planning on putting the sr engine in the yellow nova.
it is running on a 1.6 astra carb i have been told and it could have an uprated cam?
obviously i shall find this out but any tips on tuning an sr engine up a bit more?

(not sure if 1.3 or 1.4)

i am planning in about a years time to either saab turbo or c20let the nova, however as its my first car, i dont want to crash to early

pics of engine etc to come and hopefully start building the car soon!

any suggestions on what other things i can do?

I know the guy that built it, was a very fast car.

    Very clean shell.
All I wanted was a Pepsi, just one Pepsi
    Far from suicidal
    Still I get them tendencies
    Bringing back them memories
That I really miss when I reminisce
