Default Diamond black Nova GSi C20LET

    Hi all,

A lot of you will know the car and how well it has been looked after and pampered by me. I have decided to try and sell it complete rather than break it first as it is a shame to split the car.

I bought this car in Jersey as a standard GSi in 2001 and over the course of the last 10 years have spent over £20k on the car, it has wanted for nothing. Due to it being from Jersey it has low mileage and was rust free as the roads are not salted over there. The car is showing 74k on the clocks now and has only been used through 2 winters in the UK so has never had any welding underneath and is still on its original rear wheelarches.

The car had a full bare shell respray in 2007 and during this restoration had new front inner wings and turrets as i'm a perfectionist and wasn't happy with the stitch welding done originally. It has the full Harry Hockley strenghtening kit as well. I also had a new door, new front wings and new bumpers during the respray (all panels are genuine GM parts). The doors have been delocked and the bumper trimmed slightly for the intercooler but the outside is mainly standard GSi.

The underneath has been stripped, inspected for rust and reprotected by the bodyshop. All the front splashguards are original and have never been patched.

The car has a Clifford Concept 600 CAT 1 alarm/immobiliser with 2 fobs etc.

    Engine

    C20LET block rebored to 86.5mm
    Accralite low compression pistons
    Cometic 1.9mm headgasket
    ARP rod bolts and headstuds
Z20LET oil pump and modified pickup pipe
    Coscast head
    Frontera intercooler
    Samco boost hoses
    Bailey dump valve
    Bailey header tank
    Ramair induction kit
    Wideband lambda
    JP exhaust system

    Gearbox/Transmission

    F28 with Quaife LSD
    Rose jointed gearlinkage
    Equal length driveshafts
    Big block hubs
    Billet flywheel
    Helix 6 paddle clutch

    Suspension/Brakes

    Gaz coilovers front and rear
    Eccentric top mounts
Lowered tie bars with rose joints
    Quaife quick rack
Wilwood Midilite front calipers with 280mm disks
    Rear disk conversion
    Braided hoses
    Fearless front strutbrace

    Wheels

Set of 5 immaculate never refurbished Speedline Allesio 2's with brand new Toyo T1R's 195/40 R16

    Exterior

Clear side repeaters and rear lights
    GM mudflaps
    GM headlamp protectors
New door pillar vinyl and door stickers
    Jazz rear wiper arm

    Interior

    Stripped and painted inside
    Seat rails welded in
Corbeau Sprint side mounted bucket seats
    Luke 3" 4 point harnesses
Fabricage 6 point bolt in rollcage powdercoated black
    Flocked dash binnacle
    Electric sunroof conversion

Car currently has no MOT as I don't use it but will put a full 12 month ticket on it.

Engine has done approximately 2k miles since it was rebuilt. Car is all log booked up as a 2.0 etc.

I'm looking for £7000. Please no silly offers or comments on the price, i'm not desperate to sell and will break if I have to.

Please contact me on 07834 856011 or lee_haslam@hotmail.co.uk

Hi Lee, long time no see!

Shame if you don't sell it complete. It's good value considering how much you have spent over the years, and it's so solid after all the work you've had done.

Any potential buyers need to note that this is a show quality car and needs NO MONEY spending on it.

    Glws mate!
