i was at a petrol station one night & there was a little curtainside wagon with the garage air line poking in thru the back doors... i went to see how long he'd be as i needed it & there was this bloke pumping up the tyres on michael schumachers 1994 championship winning benetton(one of them) as they apparently move about on their wheel straps unless you pump the tyres up a bit....... he was off to a show with it... it was very nice.....

    Best. Car. Ever. Amazing machines!

I have been lucky enough to see and hear one fromt standstill to a fair old lick, black too no less!

If they fit, I would still have the bed covers of the F40 that I used to love when little!

I'm not a huge fan of detailing per se, every decent car deserves it every now and then, but when you get to VXR Marc levels it's just pathetic! I find it funny that one of my mates buys all of the crap, different brushes etc etc.

tbh its not something that id ever go mad for maybe when just bought to see what the paintwork is like and before shows but not all the time although i do find it very interesting seeing all their different gadgets and polishes they use.

fair play to the people that get into it tho its not pathetic its something they enjoy and far be it for someone to take the piss.

good luck to him i say

Detailing is about doing it once and protecting it for the future, You shouldn't need to do the whole lot over and over.

It could drive like a milk float on triangular wheels for me if it was standing on my drive every day of the week
