Black with red stripe is "starter" - as in for cranking enrichment.
That'll be cranking motor terminal 50.
What does that leave you with? white/green - a process of elimination should get you there - what haven't you got connected?

i would hazard a guess that the one connected to the manual choke wire is so the choke light gets used as an emlOriginally Posted by Edd

Think I'm sorted
Fat red - positive
Fat brown - ground
Green - coil
Black red stripe - ignition live terminal 50
White green trace - ignition live as above cause the shrinked together
Black - fuse terminal 15
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong tho
Also does terminal 15 refer to the fuse number in the box?
Or The numbers after the diagrams in the Haynes ?
15 in the fuse boy is the same as 15 in the wiring diagram. It's ignition live
Is it running yet then?

^^^^ F that made me smile
NO ! Nearly few more days I reckon, waiting on a couple of parts
Hope I've sorted where all these wire go
Another question
On this primitive injection system is it going to matter which injectors the 4 plugs go too ?
As there's not mention of this in the instructions
BTW Edd, how are you fitting the loom? On the fitting instructions it shows the cutting of the bulkhead to fit the loom through!
Seems a shame to cut the bulkhead. If I were going to fit it I would strip back the standard loom and feed it into that, extending wiring where required for a more OE look.
There was no way I was boring a 47mm hole through the bulkhead criminal stuff that
Errm I've stripped a loom back and didn't number which pugs went on which injectors
Does it matter ? I'm thinking that it does
