I got a new screen from a sr for £25 off a windscreen guy I know. Snapped it up .

We may go if he car mechanicals sorted on the Saturday. as a test drive.
I was going to call in briefly to the wirral version on 12/3/16 (but not in our nova)

Nice to see this has had a refurb after all the years you've had it, how are you updating your bumpers and wheels to suit then?

Will you be giving the interior a major once over as well?

Did you manage to take the side trims off okay?

Bumpers will be painted. Already done previously so no choice.
Wheels to stay as left factory - ie trims

Interior is to stay standard and all oK. Nothing to change

New trims used - readily available. Bit wiser as to what is available since started this thread

Car back from the bodyshop today. Engine etc in tomorrow. Trip out Sunday.

All done. Give it a good drive out today (in the rain) Drove and looked better than it has for many years.
